*As Laura’s parents, we are very happy with the accommodation. It is very close to the
University. Right on the tram line, near the bus stop in a well kept home with rules and
regulations for everyone’s safety and comfort - and - most importantly, as stated at the beginning,
run by landlords who look after everything - be a safety net for the young people but
not be their parents. Gracia and Bill, I think you’re doing a great job!

*By the time I’ve been living in Burwood, I have had the impression that the landlords
really want to make the environment as good as possible.
i.e: New courtyard, fireman speaker, coming straight away when the fence
was broken and looking after the garden.
